Follow Up With a Lead

Sometimes people are interested but busy. A follow-up can help them remember, ask questions, or take the next step.
Following up does not have to feel pushy. Keep it clear, kind, and easy to answer.
Find people who showed interest
Look for people who asked, clicked, replied, or commented.
Check messages, emails, comments, forms, and conversations. Make a list of people who seemed interested.
Choose who to follow up with
Start with the warmest leads.
Pick people who asked a question, requested details, or said they wanted to learn more.
Write a short follow-up
Keep the message simple and helpful.
Remind them what you talked about and ask if they have any questions or want the next step.
Include the next step
Make it easy to say yes.
Add a booking link, payment link, product link, or a simple question they can answer.
Update your lead list
Track what happened.
Note who replied, who needs another follow-up, and who is not interested right now.
