Pick Your First Offer

A business becomes easier to build when you know what you are offering. Your first offer does not have to be your forever offer. It just needs to be clear enough for someone to understand, want, and buy.
Try not to start with everything at once. Choose one product, service, package, or simple version of your idea. You can always add more later.
Your first offer should answer three questions: what is it, who is it for, and what does someone get?
Write down everything you could sell
Make a quick list of possible products, services, or packages.
Do not judge the ideas yet. Write them all down. Include small offers, big offers, digital products, services, consultations, bundles, or starter versions.
Choose the easiest offer to explain
Pick the offer people would understand the fastest.
If you need five minutes to explain it, it may not be the best first offer. Choose something clear and simple.
Choose the easiest offer to deliver
Pick something you can realistically make, provide, or complete.
Your first offer should not require a huge setup if you are just starting. Choose something you can actually follow through on.
